The ”Casa Helvética”
("The Swiss House") was founded in 2001 by a family of
Villanueva de Sijena who migrated in the sixties to the
French Switlerland and who returned to Villanueva at the end
of the nineties.French and English
spoken.
Located downtown in
Villanueva, it has three modern appartments, perfectly
furnished and acconditioned with all kinds of facilities.
The appartments have an excellent view to the mountains of
Villanueva.

Appartament A:
€45 per day.
It has two bathrooms,
kitchen with vitroceramic, microwave, air condition, heater
(central heating), a big patio, two double rooms and a sofa
(which may be turn into a bed) in the living
room.
Appartament B:
€45 per day.
It has a bathroom,
kitchen with vitroceramic, with vitroceramic, microwave, air
condition, heater (central heating), a terrace with views to
the Monastery of Sijena, two double rooms and a sofa (which
may be turn into a bed) in the living room.
Appartament C:
€40 per day.
It has a bathroom,
kitchen with vitroceramic, with vitroceramic, microwave, air
condition, heater (central heating), a terrace with views to
the Monastery of Sijena, two double rooms and a sofa (which
may be turn into a bed) in the living room.
