form attached below, we would appreciate it if you would send us

In order to make your
purchase, we kindly ask you to fill out the attached form
and send it to us. Upon receiving your application, the Institute
will contact you to confirm the acceptance of your purchase
application and will inform you of the delivery expenses and the
bank account to which payment should be made. This communication
from the Institute should be treated as an offer to contract which
the client should expressly accept by sending the Institute an
e-mail. The purchase contract shall not be concluded until the
client accepts the offer from the Institute and the client has made
the payment to the indicated bank
